A dynamic practice based on natural movement where we help you connect to your own body and sensations, learn how to handle challenges with ease and softness, and move how it feels good for you. The movement is slow and continuous, coming from the center and fueled by the breath.
We invite you to bring your own mat. Mats are available for trial lessons.
